We offer a variety of services:-INDIVIDUAL WORK
One-to-one work - where you meet with a counsellor for individual sessions.
Costs: £40 per session.
A limited number of concessions may be available to the low-waged, unemployed, or those on certain benefits. Please telephone for further details.
COUPLES
Relational difficulties often have a huge impact on a couple. Exploring those issues and difficulties with an experienced counsellor can often reveal both the roots of these and identify ways forward that both strengthen and deepen the relationship.
Costs: £40 per session
PSYCHOSEXUAL THERAPY
Therapy focuses on the causes of sexual difficulties being experienced and the impact that this may be having on an individual (or a couple) and any other relationships. Some of the issues brought to psychosexual therapy typically include: vaginismus, dyspareunia, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, anorgasmia, and desire or arousal problems.
Costs: £40 per session
SUPERVISION
Supervision is offered to trainees, students and qualified counsellors and conforms to the professional requirements of BACP and ACC. The model of supervision used is the well known Double Matrix Seven Eyed Model.
Costs: £40 per hour
LIFE COACHING
ZION Counselling offers life coaching to help individuals focus on where they are in their lives and identify goals and strategies for a more successful and satisfying future. It is unlike counselling in that it does not focus on the past. In addition to the weekly sessions there is also weekly telephone contact between life coach and client to assess progress within agreed action plans.
Costs: £420 for a course of 6 weekly sessions which are payable in full at the first session. Further information is available on application.
